The Mountain Man Syndrome 🏔️
“As a true Grenoble native, skiing and the mountains aren’t just hobbies, they’re in my DNA. Whether I’m on the slopes or out running, I need those moments of adrenaline and pushing myself to the limit to recharge my creative batteries.”
My life is a CapCut montage 🎬
“It’s a professional habit: when I’m travelling or experiencing a pleasant moment, my brain is already selecting the background music, setting the transitions and imagining the colour grading. I don’t just capture memories, I create scenes.”
The Urban Explorer 🏛️
“I often walk around with my nose in the air. As an architecture enthusiast (my civil engineering side coming out), I can get stuck in front of the symmetry of a façade or a design detail that no one else has noticed. That’s where I draw inspiration for my graphic designs.”
Brain Hacker (in training) 🧠
“I am fascinated by human psychology. I don’t just like watching adverts or viral content, I like understanding why they work. Analysing cognitive biases and behaviours is my favourite strategy game.”

About
Clément Mathieu
“For me, marketing is a form of applied art. As a student at Grenoble École de Management, I see myself not only as a future manager, but also as a creative person capable of breathing life into a brand.
My passion? Transforming abstract ideas into powerful visual content. Whether through video editing, graphic design or storytelling, I always seek to provoke emotion in order to capture attention. My approach combines human psychology (understanding what makes an audience tick) with technical mastery of digital tools (Adobe Suite, AI, editing).
Currently on a mobility programme in Vienna to draw new cultural inspiration, I am looking to put my creativity at the service of a bold communications team.”

Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Grenoble School of Management Alpine Business School (2024 – Present | Grenoble)
Core Skills (L2 – 2nd Year) ‘At GEM (Alpine Business School), I am following an intensive course that combines the fundamentals of traditional management with the requirements of the digital economy. My course is based on three main pillars:’
📈 Management & Finance (Rigour)

– Business Law: Legal framework of the company, contracts and legal liability.
🎯 Strategy & Development (Vision)
– Business Strategy: Competitive analysis, strategic diagnosis (SWOT/PESTEL) and long-term decision-making.
– Marketing & Communication: From fundamental marketing to advanced digital strategies (Acquisition, Retention, Brand Image).
🚀 Methodology & Projects (Action)

WU International University Exchange – Vienna University of Economics and Business (January – March 2026 | Vienna, Austria)
1. Academic Excellence ‘I was selected to attend WU Vienna, ranked among the best economics universities in Europe. It was a unique opportunity to test my business vision against a different educational approach, heavily focused on German rigour and innovation.’

Factorial Sales & Negotiation Training (June 2025)
1. The Objective: Mastering the Art of Modern Sales ‘I completed this intensive training course offered by Factorial to round out my marketing profile. My goal? To understand the reality of the field. Knowing how to generate leads (Marketing) is useless if you don’t know how to convert them into customers (Sales).’
2. The Cold Calling Methodology ‘I learned how to break the ice and structure my sales approach:’
– Pitch Structure: Creating powerful sales scripts to capture attention in less than 30 seconds.
– The Gatekeeper: Techniques for overcoming obstacles and reaching key decision-makers.
– Sales Psychology: Active listening to identify real needs (pain points) and propose the right solution.
3. Negotiation & Closing ‘Beyond prospecting, I was trained in closing the sale:’
– Handling Objections: Knowing how to respond to ‘It’s too expensive’ or ‘I don’t have time’ not as refusals, but as steps towards agreement.
– Closing techniques: Lock in the customer’s commitment and secure the next step.
4. Result: Commercial Resilience ‘This training instilled in me an essential quality: resilience in the face of rejection and perseverance, assets that I now apply to the management of my projects.’
